yesterday I heard Obama use the "lipstick on a pig" analogy; this will not go well for him. what was he thinking? and then there was the bumbling comment regarding his "faith" on sunday.
you might as well take him out of the oven and stick a fork in him, because he's done. as it has been said, this is Obama's election to lose.

You know, when I heard the word "pig" the first thing that came to my mind was Sarah Palin. Later in the day, someone used the word "slut," and once again my mind jumped right to Palin. Then, when I was at my doctor, he said "canker sore," and instantly a picture of Palin popped into my head.
Obama should be ashamed of making people think of Palin at a time of national distress. That is just cruel. Not like water boarding, but like making people watch American Idol without having a drink.

Yeah well Palin didn't know about the Bush doctrine, so what does that say about her readiness to lead? You are assigning meaning to his words that he clearly did not intend whereas her faux pas was obvious to the world at large.

just so as you know "lipstick on a pig, it's still a pig" isn't referring to palin at all.. he's referring to the fact that the mccain ticket promises "change" despite the fact that mccain is almost identical in his plans as gw bush was.
but it's okay... i'm just waiting for mccain to slip up and use a phrase like "there's dark times ahead" and the obama camp will jump all over that too.
the people in this election are complete f**king idiots, on both sides.

I so hope you're right. I hope he loses.. I greatly fear for the safety of our country under an Obama fascist state.
